SPARKLE: Blackwater Protocol

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to SPARKLE: Blackwater Protocol, an Android game published by SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES, United States.

Effective date: August 19, 2026

SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the game accesses, how locally stored game information is handled and what happens if you voluntarily contact us.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE GAME

SPARKLE: Blackwater Protocol does not automatically collect, transmit, share or sell personal or sensitive user data.

The game does not require an account and does not request or collect your:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Home or precise location
  • Contacts
  • Photos, videos or files
  • Camera or microphone data
  • Financial or payment information
  • Advertising identifier
  • Persistent device identifiers
  • Browsing history
  • Authentication credentials

The game does not contain advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, crash-reporting, cloud-save or social-login services.

2. LOCALLY STORED GAME DATA

The game stores limited gameplay information locally within the application’s private storage on your device. This may include:

  • Mission progress and unlocked operations
  • Mission scores and completion marks
  • Upgrade levels
  • Local achievements
  • Gameplay statistics and play time
  • Endless-mode records
  • Audio and graphics preferences
  • Difficulty selection
  • Control size and left-handed layout settings
  • Haptic, screen-shake and reduced-motion preferences

This information is used only to provide game progression, preserve settings and display local records.

Locally stored game data is not transmitted to SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES or shared with third parties.

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The game uses Android’s vibration capability solely to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay.

Vibration can be disabled from the game’s settings. This capability does not provide access to personal information and is not used for tracking.

The current version does not request dangerous Android runtime permissions and does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, photos or notifications.

4. INTERNET ACCESS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The current version of the game does not request Android Internet permission and does not send gameplay information or personal data to an external server.

The game uses the libGDX framework for local rendering, audio, input and gameplay functions. It is not configured by us to collect or transmit personal information.

Google Play and the Android operating system may independently process information related to downloading, installing, licensing, security or device operation. Such processing is controlled by Google and is governed by Google’s own privacy policies. SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES does not receive personal data from those platform activities through this game.

5. CONTACTING SUPPORT

The game may allow you to open your chosen email application to contact support.

If you voluntarily email us, we may receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. This information is not collected automatically by the game.

Support communications are used only to respond to inquiries, investigate reported problems and provide assistance. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in support messages.

6. SHARING AND SALE OF INFORMATION

SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES does not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Because the game does not automatically collect or transmit personal data, no game-derived personal data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers or data brokers.

Information included in a voluntary support email may be processed by the email service providers required to deliver and store the message. It may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request or to protect legal rights and security.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local game data remains on your device until you:

  • Use the in-game “Erase Field Records” option;
  • Clear the application’s storage through Android settings; or
  • Uninstall the application.

The “Erase Field Records” option deletes locally stored progress and records while retaining selected game settings.

Because the game does not create user accounts or maintain an online player database, there is no online account or server-side gameplay profile to delete.

Support emails may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of a support communication by contacting us at the email address below. We will honor valid requests subject to applicable legal requirements.

8. DATA SECURITY

Local game information is stored within the application’s private Android storage and is protected by Android’s application-sandboxing mechanisms.

The game does not transmit its locally stored gameplay data over the Internet. Nevertheless, no electronic device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

SPARKLE: Blackwater Protocol is not directed to children under 13.

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has voluntarily sent personal information to us through a support email, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The game does not automatically transfer personal information internationally.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, your message may be processed in countries where you, SPARKLE CLEANING ENTERPRISES or the relevant email service providers operate. Such processing is limited to handling your support request and applicable legal obligations.

11. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

You can:

  • Disable haptic feedback in the game settings;
  • Erase locally stored field records from within the game;
  • Clear all application data through Android settings;
  • Remove locally stored data by uninstalling the game; and
  • Contact us regarding information contained in a support communication.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy if the game’s functionality, data practices, legal obligations or Google Play requirements change.

Any updated version will display a revised effective date. Material changes affecting user data will be reflected in the game, the Google Play Data safety declaration and this Privacy Policy before the changed practices are introduced.
